1)  register account on s-pass.ph

2)  log in the account using your phone number

3)  check for travel protocol and restriction of LGU

4)  apply for Travel Coordination Permit (TCP)

5)  upload photo/scanned copy of  VALID ID & RT PCR SWAB TEST

6)  wait for the application to be approved within 24 hours

7)  save/print your approved TCP

8)  present your TCP  at the checkpoints or port of entry
